Parul introduced me to sound meditation and after she explained how impactful it can be, I was curious to get started with my first session. One hour of guided session had a profound impact on my mind and body. At first it felt uncomfortable to lay down straight but very soon I went in a state of complete relaxation and fell almost asleep. At the end of the session, both my mind and body were at peace and felt rejuvenated. It was the perfect break I needed from my busy day to day life. I am also a migraine sufferer so staying stress free is extremely important for me and sound meditation helped me get there. Parul is very patient, knowledgeable and takes time to explain the concepts, benefits and answer any questions I might have. After experiencing the impact of sound meditation first hand, I take sessions with her regularly and would highly recommend everyone to give it a try
